KUBA Ka Honored By Fans At Film Premeire

KUBA Ka

As an established star of stage and radio in his native Poland, KUBA Ka decided to try his hand at breaking through to the American market, and, sure enough, his aspirations are coming true. KUBA’s latest project, the big screen action comedy Live Nude Girls, premiered to a sold out house at Hollywood’s palatial Avalon Theatre on August 12th, and all indications are that KUBA has another success on his hands.

KUBA Ka

Currently hard at work on his forthcoming King of the Night album, KUBA took time out to attend the world premiere of Live Nude Girls in legendary Hollywood style, featuring a wall of photographers and screaming fans on a red carpet outside the theater. KUBA arrived in his Emporio Armani single-sleeved warrior vest, accessorized with a solid gold wrestler’s belt and bracelet designed especially for him by Donatello Versace. KUBA proclaimed the event “epic,” and came away from the premiere exhilarated and encouraged to begin work on his next film.

KUBA Ka

“What a fantastic night!” KUBA later said about the premiere. “It was my first US movie premiere, and I felt very honored and surprised by my Hollywood fans waiting for me to sign my pictures.” With its giant gold staircase in neon lights, the Avalon Theatre provided an old Hollywood setting to the raucous proceedings, as the cast and audience delighted as KUBA Ka played the character Krol, a European gangster prince who falls in love with an exotic dancer and believes he can take over the nightclub where she works.

Featuring co-stars Dave Foley from Kids in the Hall, and Andy Dick from NewsRadio, Live Nude Girls will be a film to draw Hollywood’s attention to the multi-talented KUBA Ka, and introduce him to American audiences as the emerging stage and screen talent that he is.

KUBA Ka Conquers The Silver Screen

 KUBA Ka

As a child growing up in post-Soviet controlled Poland, singer/rapper KUBA Ka feasted on the movies of his heroes Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, and marveled at the musical magic manifested by another hero of his heroes, Michael Jackson. The political and cultural conditions in Poland at that time did not suggest that a young boy growing up there could hope to attain a dream of entering the entertainment industry. Little did KUBA Ka know that all of his dreams would be fulfilled, and then some.

KUBA Ka

For example, on August 12th of this year, KUBA attended his first Hollywood premiere at the legendary Avalon Theatre for the debut screening of his first American film production Live Nude Girls. The film is an action comedy remake of the 1995 female buddy film of the same name. The new version features KUBA Ka as Krol, a European prince who falls in love with a showgirl, and attempts to take over the nightclub where she works.

KUBA Ka

Naturally, hilarity ensues as the film’s co-stars, comedy legends Andy Dick and Dave Foley, rival KUBA over supremacy of the nightclub. The Avalon premiere audience, which included the full cast of Live Nude Girls, celebrity guests such as action stars Randy Couture (The Expendables 3) and Najee De-Tiege (Power Rangers Samurai), plus a sold out theater, reacted enthusiastically to the film, and then stuck around for KUBA’s autograph after the event had ended.

KUBA Ka

In addition, Live Nude Girls also features KUBA’s Sean Garrett produced hit single “Stop Feenin’.” While KUBA Ka had already proven himself as a successful singer, dancer, stage performer, and recording artist, he can now add American screen actor to his list of accomplishments that continues to grow by the day.

KUBA Ka Live Nude Girls Film Premiere “Truly Epic”

When the Jay Leggett directed Live Nude Girls premiered at Hollywood’s legendary Avalon Theater on August 12th, even co-star KUBA Ka was surprised at the tremendous audience reaction it provoked. “It was fantastic,” KUBA remarked regarding the wall of photographers who crowded the red carpet and the legion of fans who waited for him to sign their KUBA Ka pictures. “I felt very honored and surprised by my Hollywood fans,” KUBA enthused. “It was my first Hollywood premiere, and it was truly epic.”

KUBA Ka

KUBA Ka, who is primarily known as a singer/rapper with an outrageous stage show, took to his first performance on the American silver screen with the attitude of a rock star by giving it his all. His role as Krol, a larger than life European gangster prince, allowed KUBA to stretch himself for the occasion and display a side of his talent that American audiences haven’t seen before. The sold out crowd at the Avalon Theatre shouted their approval at the film, and the cast and celebrities in attendance knew immediately that the film is going to be a hit.

KUBA Ka

Despite this being KUBA’s first American film, he comes well prepared as a seasoned stage performer whose concerts have been characterized as “electrifying,” but also as someone who has made numerous film and television appearances in his homeland of Poland. It was clear at the August 12th premiere, though, that KUBA stole the show in Live Nude Girls, trading his acting chops with comedy veterans Dave Foley (Kids in the Hall) and Andy Dick (The Ben Stiller Show). With a new album in the works (King of the Night) which will be followed by a tour, and a new film on release featuring his hit single “Stop Feenin’,” KUBA Ka is letting America know that he is here.

KUBA Ka A Hit In Live Nude Girls

KUBA Ka, the self-confessed “Stage Animal” from Poland, has added another credit to his long list of accomplishments with a featured role in the recently released Hollywood film Live Nude Girls. The movie premiered on August 12th at the palatial Avalon Theatre in Hollywood to a sold out crowd who came to share in the fun with many celebrities, the cast of the film, and KUBA Ka himself. KUBA was dressed for the occasion in a custom designed one-sleeved Emporio Armani vest, with matching solid gold bracelets and wrestling belt designed by Donatello Versace.

The film is about a nephew who inherits his uncle’s gentleman’s club in Los Angeles. KUBA plays the role of Krol, a European gangster prince who falls in love with a particular showgirl and begins to behave like he owns the place. The crowd responded enthusiastically, as KUBA recalled what a “fantastic” night it was, with a wall of photographers at the entrance of the Avalon, and his fans waiting outside with his pictures for him to sign. KUBA described the premiere as “epic,” and can’t wait to begin work on his next picture so he can experience this again.

KUBA Ka

Live Nude Girls also features KUBA’s Sean Garrett produced smash “Stop Feenin’,” which is available on iTunes, and will also appear on King of the Night, the new album that KUBA is currently hard at work on. Although KUBA is renowned for his megawatt stage performances and his energetic pop fusion hit singles, this is his first performance in an American film, despite appearing frequently in films and on television in his native Poland. If his fans’ reaction to his appearance in Live Nude Girls is any indication, KUBA Ka has a ready-made audience for many more Hollywood films to come.

KUBA Ka Will Get Your Attention With Live Nude Girls

When KUBA Ka first launched his career as a multifaceted musical entertainer in his native Poland, the country was just beginning to emerge from decades of Communist rule into the democracy that it is today. Poland was still Communist when KUBA was born, so he got to experience the growing pains of difficult cultural change firsthand, inspiring a humanitarian streak in him that shines undiminished today. Presently, KUBA is working to establish his own philanthropic enterprise, the “KUBA Ka Army of Lights” humanitarian organization which aims, in KUBA’s own words, to “shine the light of entertainment in the darkest places of the World.”

Kuba Ka

Since the age of five, KUBA Ka has shined a light on the injustices that proliferate throughout society with the power of his unique and inspirational entertainment. As a teenager, KUBA organized and performed benefits for such important humanitarian causes as UNICEF, the RSPCA, and flood victims of Poland. In 2001, KUBA led a gathering of journalists to various animal shelters in central Poland to alert the public of the illegal sales of abused horses. KUBA’s lifelong love of animals and support for their humane treatment has informed much of his work time and again throughout his career.

The critically acclaimed “Stage Animal” is currently promoting his latest effort, a remake of the 1995 comedy Live Nude Girls. The film, which originally starred Dana Delany, Kim Cattrall, and Olivia d'Abo, is KUBA Ka’s first American cinematic venture, although he has been featured in many films in Poland. KUBA plays a European gangster who falls in love with a stripper. In addition, his Sean Garrett produced megahit “Stop Feenin’” features prominently in the film, as well as in its accompanying trailer. “Stop Feenin’” is from KUBA’s upcoming release King of the Night, his debut American CD. Between his burgeoning entertainment empire, and his prolific humanitarian work, KUBA Ka is sure to capture the attention of the American public in 2014.

KUBA Ka’s Hit “Stop Feenin’” in Live Nude Girls

KUBA Ka has been a top selling recording artist in his native Poland since he was 15-years-old, and now he is planning a full scale assault on the American airwaves. In anticipation of KUBA’s featured role in the soon to be released action comedy Live Nude Girls, KUBA’s 2013 “Stop Feenin’,” a chart topping collaboration with Sean Garrett (Usher, Nicki Minaj), will be released in a video trailer prior to the film’s August 19th American debut. It has been a long way to come from KUBA’s hometown of Gdansk, Poland to Hollywood.

Kuba Ka

KUBA, who actually started his performing career as a 5-year-old, knew from the very beginning that he was born for the stage. While still in his teens, he organized humanitarian benefits which featured such celebrities as Whitney Houston, LaToya Jackson, and Vanessa Redgrave. KUBA would eventually receive much recognition for his humanitarian efforts, being awarded accolades from Queen Elizabeth's Foundation for Animals, ELLE magazine Poland, and the international YACH film festival, for his video “Streets of Freedom.”

Kuba Ka

KUBA, who refers to the state of his childhood country as a “post-Communistic and grey reality,” began performing American-style shows to a surprised public, and has been following his own vision ever since. He still commits to humanitarian causes, such as his recent support for the non-profit Face Forward, a Beverly Hills organization that offers free reconstructive surgery for victims of domestic violence. He is also building his own humanitarian organization, the “KUBA Ka Army of Lights.”

Kuba Ka

KUBA Ka has come a long way from organizing his own charity shows in Poland to wearing stage costumes designed by Donatello Versace, and having one of his own songs featured in a Hollywood film. As his performance in Live Nude Girls indicates, this is only the beginning of KUBA Ka’s spectacular American journey.
